Homeowners Associations
Among the services that we offer is assistance with a homeowner’s association, or HOA. Our HOA management services focus on the needs and goals of the association so that the fees are set at a fair rate and the common areas of a property are properly managed and maintained.
Buying an apartment, condo or even a house in a gated community means that you are partially responsible for the maintenance of common areas. The common areas may include hallways, a pool or even a community center within the building.
Our management services ensure that the fees are used to pay for the appropriate maintenance of the common areas as well as insurance that is necessary for those same concerns. We advise the association and provide information so that the association is making fair decisions.
